So about a week before our trip I had an unusual feeling in my stomach.....so after much deliberation, I decided to go and take a test. Yes, pregnancy test! And, as you can tell by the picture above...IT CAME OUT POSITIVE! I have to admit that my initial feeling was "oh crap, not a week before our trip!" but the more I think about it, the more I know that the timing was meant to be!
I am 12 1/2 weeks along right now, and my due date is Jan. 7th. We will keep you posted when we find out if it is a girl or a boy! (but thank goodness it isn't twins!)

YAY!! Congratulations!! That's so awesome. I know he/she will be absolutely beautiful (or handsome) with the combo of your genes!! I hope you weren't sick on your trip. Keep us updated on your blog. You're going to be great parents.

Congrats on the little peanut! We are expecting our third on November 22. We already have two boys so we have our fingers crossed for a girl...we find out on tuesday. Anyway..your trip looks amazing! OH STOP! You are not pregnant! That is really exciting news! I still can't imagine any of us girls having kids...I'm still not ready for the whole marriage thing. I love it though! You are going to be such a fun mom and I am really excited for you!
