OBSESSION

New Years Eve Nate came up to me and said 

"I bought you something for when you go into labor"

"great" I said

So then he proceeded to pull out of a target bag season 1 &2 of Heroes

"what?" I said

"I heard it was really good, so I thought we could watch it in the hospital"

In my mind I was like

 "translation, you can watch it in the hospital while I take care of the baby!"

So, Gabe came a few days later and while we were in the hospital

Nate pulled it out and said 

"should we watch it now?"

"sure" I said.

So what started out being something to appease my husband

tuned into an all out OBSESSION!

It is on every monday night at 8:00 and I can hardly wait for FHE to get over so we can turn it on!

Tonight is seaons 3 1/2 finale and I am excited to see how they are going to tie it all in!

House update

Here is nate and gabe outside our house!   As  you can see they shingled the roof!

Here is a view from the kitchen into the family room.

This is taken from our backyard.  Our house is coming along!  

They are going to be putting installation in today (tuesday) 

and then sheet rocking it tomorrow so I will update pictures

this weekend!

ALL ABOUT GABRIEL CHECKETTS

I have blue eyes that sometimes look green, depending on the angle.

I also use these eyes to flirt like crazy with the girls! (and my mommy)

I love my pacifier so much that when mommy takes it out, I get sad.

I love my pal, zeebe, I don't go anywhere without him.

I have also started to chew on my hands a lot, they taste so good!

If you can tell, my leg is kicking and I can't stop it!  I love to move!

Also, if you take another close look you will see my cute fat rolls on my thighs. Just wait until you can see my cute tummy!

Mommy started showing me Baby Einstein and I LOVE IT!  Too bad I can only watch it 2 times a week.

Also, I have become a very good self soother.  Mommy calls it my "personal time".   I can just put myself to sleep now for my naps and it makes mommy VERY happy!

Come back in a couple of days because mommy and daddy took me to get 3 month pictures and I think I look adorable in them!  So when they get them, I will have mommy post them for you.

Since my entire family was in town a couple weeks ago

we took a family picture!

We asked the photographer after if she could

also take few of our little family.

House update!!

This was taken a week ago, so there is a lot more progress then this, but I wanted to show an update on our house!  

As I said before, WE CAN'T WAIT!

They should be framing on monday so I will post more pictures of that later.
